The Campaign: Portugal National Kits 2024 | Content with Players
Brand Challenge: Develop compelling content featuring Portugal’s top football stars wearing the new national team kits. These photographs and videos would serve multiple purposes: promoting upcoming National Team matches, supporting the official fan club, and driving kit sales. The challenge was to create high-impact visuals that would resonate with fans and elevate the profile of the new kit collection.
Strategic Approach: While this initiative was not a traditional campaign, it required a strategic mindset to ensure maximum impact. The primary focus was on designing diverse scenarios and managing the complex logistics of capturing content with all 32 athletes. Given the limited time available for each session, careful planning and coordination were essential to deliver a consistent, high-quality visual narrative.
Content Approach: The design team crafted a distinctive graphic identity for the National Team, drawing inspiration from the unique patterns and colors of the new home, away, and pre-match jerseys. This visual language was integrated into all content, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable look across all channels.
The resulting images and videos featured the athletes in a variety of poses—from iconic goal celebrations to fashion-inspired stances—showcasing both the kits and the personalities of the players. This approach not only highlighted the style and innovation of the new collection but also reinforced the team’s connection with fans through authentic and engaging visuals.
