The Brand: Beach Soccer Mens National Team
The Campaign: 2025 World Cup
Brand Challenge:: Among all of Portugal’s men’s national teams, the Beach Soccer squad is perhaps the least renowned. Yet, it stands as the most decorated: the only Portuguese men’s national team to have won the World Cup twice, now aiming for a historic third title in 2025. Competing in the World Cup’s final phase in Seychelles in May, the main objective of this campaign was to alert fans to Portugal’s participation and encourage them to follow the team’s journey.
Strategic Approach: Following the success of the 2024 campaign—the first ever dedicated to the Beach Soccer National Team—we sought to raise awareness and recognition for the players and coach once again. Beyond simply telling an original story, our goal was to position them on equal footing with Portugal’s other national teams and to extend the “History Needs Makers | Faz História” creative concept across the board.
Creative Approach:: To promote the National Team’s participation in the World Cup, we reimagined the set used for the 2025 Puma x FPF kit launch, adapting it to a beach setting. This not only visually connected the Beach Soccer team to the other squads featured in the campaign, but also gave it a distinctive and memorable look. The result was a campaign that felt both unified and unique, celebrating the team’s achievements and inspiring fans to support their quest for a third world title.
